國際學人暨學生會館學人區收費標準 NCCU-iHOUSE Scholars’ Area Room Rates

本會館非營利單位，但評估收益平衡，目前學人會館規劃為標準雙人套房、三人套房及家庭套房，收費金額為2,500元、2,700元及4,500元。為考量本校各系所及借用單位需求與經費負擔，住宿金額擬以定價辦理折扣計收，折扣後收費標準請參考「國際學人暨學生會館學人區收費標準」。

NCCU-iHOUSE Scholars’ Area is a non-profit institution. However, to ensure operational sustainability, we charge NT$2,500 for a Standard Double Room, NT$2,700 for a Triple Room, and NT$4,500 for a Deluxe Suite. To accommodate the needs and budgetary constraints of NCCU units, discounted room rates are available. For details, please refer to the “NCCU-iHOUSE Scholars’ Area Room Rates”.

訂房申請人身分與訂房方式 Eligibility and Reservation

• 本會館僅接受本校教職員工生、校友及當屆面試考生訂房。
• 住宿NCCU-iHOUSE學人區期間，住宿者如有用車，限使用一車位之地下停車區。
• 早餐服務：依房型標準人數提供早餐份數並送至客房。(7-9點整點客房服務)，春節期間暫不提供住宿早餐服務，可減收早餐費用依房型每人每晚新台幣105元，請於付款時特別留意。
• 訂房後請及早確認訂房情形，避免佔用房間造成他人無法訂房，有關繳費可選擇：

1. 入住當天於櫃檯以信用卡繳費。
2. 入住7日前於出納組繳納，並將收據影本備註訂房編號送至事務組或掃描後寄至sionaze@nccu.edu.tw；如無法7天前完成繳費，請於訂房時說明。

• 入住時間：下午15:00後；離宿時間：中午11:00前
• 住宿當天訂房者，請逕洽NCCU-iHOUSE櫃台。(電話:02-29368869轉9)

• Reservations are available exclusively to NCCU faculty, staff, students, alumni, and enrolled examinees attending interviews.
• Guests may use the parking garage on B1 during their stay.
• Complimentary breakfast is provided based on the standard room occupancy. Starting January 1, 2016, breakfast is delivered to rooms on the clock between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM.
• Breakfast service is unavailable during the New Year’s holiday. In such cases, NT$105 per person (based on room occupancy) will be deducted from the total room rate. Please note this adjustment when settling your payment.
• Confirm your booking as early as possible to ensure availability for others. Payment options include:

1. Credit Card: Pay at the NCCU-iHOUSE counter on the check-in date.
2. Cash: Pay at the Cashier Section. Write your reservation number on the receipt and submit it to the General Management Section or email a scanned copy to sionaze@nccu.edu.tw. If payment cannot be made 7 days prior to check-in, please notify us during the reservation process.

• Check-In: From 3:00 PM.
• Check-Out: By 11:00 PM (noon)

教職員工與學生 Faculty, Staff, and Students

本校退休人員 Retiree

請校內各單位人員協助訂房，或先以訂房系統(請點入訂房)原價預訂於兩日內附上退休證影本送事務組或NCCU-iHOUSE，以利保留房間與修改住宿費用。

Reserve with the assistance of current faculty or staff, or use the Reservation System (click) at standard rates and bring retirement certificate to the General Management Section or the NCCU-iHOUSE counter to verify your reservation and adjust the room rate.

考生、考生家長 Enrolled Examinees and Parents

校友 Alumni

請先以訂房系統(請點入訂房)原價預訂並於兩日內附上校友證影本或畢業證書影本送事務組或NCCU-iHOUSE，以利保留房間與修改住宿費用。

Use the Reservation System (click) at standard rates and bring an Alumni Card or a diploma photocopy to the General Management Section or the NCCU-iHOUSE counter within 2 days to verify your reservation and adjust the room rate.
