Outdoor Venue Rental
1.借用對象：各單位、系、所學會、校內學生社團及校外單位。
1.Eligible Renters: NCCU units including departments, institutes, student associations, student clubs, and non-NCCU units.
2.借用時間：
校內單位：
(1)週一至週五上課時間：自中午十二時至十三時止，自下午六時至十時
(2)週六、週日、國定假日及寒、暑假停課期間：自上午八時至下午五時止。
校外單位：在不影響本校教學、研究與行政單位、經核准立案之校內學生團體之活動等情形下，得於週日、國定假日及寒、暑假停課期間專案申請本校戶外場地之使用。
2. Date and Time of the Rental
NCCU Units:
(1)Monday to Friday during school days: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM, 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM.
(2)Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and school breaks: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Non-NCCU Units:
Non-NCCU Units may apply to use outdoor venues during Sundays, national holidays, and school breaks upon specific application, provided it does not interfere with the university’s teaching, research, or administrative activities, or with the activities of approved student groups.
3.借用空間：
羅馬廣場、行政大樓前階型廣場、四維堂前廣場、百年樓前廣場、四維道、八角亭、其他經專案核准之場地。
3. Outdoor Venue:
Roman Square, Square in front of the Administration Building, Square in front of Si Wei Hall, Square in front of the Bai Nian Building, Si Wei Boulevard, Ba Jiao Pavilion, and other venues approved for specific purposes.
4.借用程序：
(1)校內單位：請自行於本校iNCCU「場地申請登記」系統登錄資料，並列印申請單送事務組，事務組處理後通知申請人取回申請單，並提醒相關注意事項。
(2)校外單位：請至事務組下載專區下載「借用戶外場地申請單（校外 單位使用） 」填寫完畢送事務組審核，請持核准之申請單，至出納組繳納各項費用後，憑據向本組辦理。
4. Application Procedures
(1)NCCU Units:
Log into the iNCCU “Facility Rental Services” system, print the application form, and submit it to the General Management Section. The General Management Section will process the application, notify the applicant to collect the application form, and provide information on matters requiring attention.
(2)Non-NCCU Units:
Download the “Outdoor Venue Rental Application Form (for Non-NCCU Units)” from the General Management Section’s webpage. Fill out the form and submit it to the General Management Section. Upon approval, pay the relevant fees at the Cashier Section and present the receipt to the General Management Section.
